Bourse suspends trading in Graphisoft until August 21

The Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) suspended trading in the shares of architectural software company Graphisoft SE for the three trading sessions between August 17 and August 21 at the request of the issuer before the expected court registration of Graphisoft Park SE, a real estate company spun off from Graphisoft, the BÉT announced late on Wednesday.
Graphisoft reported after-tax profit of €3.91 million in the first half of 2006, up from losses of €446,000. First-half revenue increased 23% year on year to €14.35 million in its IFRS consolidated audited H1 report released last week.
