Antenna Hungária Rt (AH) may remain listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT), Napi Gazdaság reported. The State Privatization and Holding Rt (ÁPV) recently sold 75% of AH's shares to Swisscom Broadcast AG. The new owner has expressed it intention not to keep AH listed on the stock exchange, but the situation may now change. The Swiss state owns 66.1% of Swisscom AG, which is the ultimate parent of AH's new owner, Swisscom Broadcast AG. According to Napi Gazdaság's latest information, the Swiss state is considering the sale of Swisscom AG, which may cause SB to keep AH listed on the stock market until its ultimate parent's future becomes certain.
