Aegon raises stake in Állami Nyomda to 6.62%

Insurer Aegon Magyarország Zrt announced on Thursday it had raised its stake in printing company Állami Nyomda Nyrt to 6.62% on July 4.
The statement did not reveal whether the insurer had any Állami Nyomda shares or whether the transaction was made on the stock exchange.
At an Állami Nyomda AGM in March, Peter Heim, a fund manager at Aegon, was appointed to the board of directors.
Állami Nyomda is a big maker of secure documents, such as bankcards, as well as official documents. It had IFRS consolidated net profits of Ft 216 million in the first quarter of 2006, 47.1% more than in the same period a year earlier, the company said earlier in its preliminary Q1 report. Állami Nyomda's revenue increased 47.8% to Ft 3.279 billion during the same period.
