Listed IT company 4iG yesterday said it closed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Crealive Reklámügynökség and its subsidiaries, according to an announcement on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Crealive subsidiary Honeycomb Hungary holds exclusive rights to use Brisk, a locally-developed automated advertising quality control, transcoding, and delivery system.

4iG announced the deal in October and said it plans to start selling the Brisk system in the Western Balkans.

4iG said this week that Crealive's name is in the process of being changed to Brisk Digital Group.
