Wage negotiation between delegations representing the employer and employees continued at Audi in Győr (120 km northwest of Budapest), writes hrportal.hu.

The employer's side proposed another wage increase, according to which the workers' wages would rise with a uniform 12% basic salary increase from April 1, 2023, and with a separate payment of 6% for 13 months, from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.

According to the report, the union is not satisfied with the offer. The negotiating delegation of the trade union undertook to submit another demand to the employer's side at the next round of wage negotiations.

The parties will meet again later today.
