Waberer's hiring 400 more lorry drivers

Hungarian road haulage company Waberer's International on Monday said it is hiring another 400 lorry drivers.
A month earlier, Waberer's said it was acquiring 1,300 new lorries worth more than €100 mln. The vehicles that comply with Euro 6 emissions standards will replace more than one-fourth of Euro 5-compliant vehicles in Waberer's existing fleet.
Waberer's made several hundred new hires in the first half of the year already. Waberer's headcount reached 1,900 around mid-year, data compiled by ceginfo.hu show.
