Used Car Imports Show Double-digit Decline

The number of used car imports to Hungary fell 19% year-on-year to 9,663 in November, used car website JoAutok.hu said on Monday, citing figures compiled by Datahouse.
For the period January-November, used car imports dropped 3% year-on-year to 118,583. Volkswagens were the most popular make, accounting for 12% of imports. Opels were the runner-up, making up 10%, followed by Fords, which accounted for 9% of the total.
JoAutok.hu noted that new car sales in Hungary declined 8.5% to 103,525 during the same period.
