System Consulting to participate in construction of Russian power plant network
Hungarian energy company System Consulting has decided to participate in the construction of a €70-300 million network of power plants in Russia’s Sverdlovsk Oblast, the Hungarian consul in Yekaterinburg said after meeting with the head of the local government on Wednesday, Russian news agency ITAR-TASSZ reported.
System Consulting, which is headed by Hungary’s former industry minister László Kapolyi, earlier signed a declaration of intent on building a 50MW power plant with Sverdlovsk-based Prizma. Kapolyi declined to comment on the matter when asked by MTI.
Trade between Hungary and Sverdlovsk came to about $200 million last year. (MTI-Econews)
