Number of New Motorcycles up 13% y.o.y.
The number of new motorcycles sold in Hungary increased by nearly 13% in 2022, thus continuing an upward trend that has been going on for many years, writes business daily Világgazdaság.
2022 turned out very well from the point of view of the motorcycle market: according to figures from Datahouse, 5,197 new two-wheeled vehicles received license plates in Hungary last year, which is a 12.9% increase (almost 600) compared to the previous year.
The size of the domestic motorcycle fleet is also increasing, but the import of used vehicles has decreased in recent years.
