Monthly Used Car Sales Over 70,000 for 1st Time Since August

Used car sales in Hungary reached 72,300 in March, climbing over the 70,000 threshold for the first time since August, listings site JoAutok.hu said on Wednesday, according to state news wire MTI.
In January-March, used car sales stood at 204,631, down 6% from the same period a year earlier.
The most popular used car models were the Opel Astra, Ford Focus, and Volkswagen Golf in the lower mid-class category.
Suzuki Swifts led in the compact category, followed by the Opel Corsa and the Volkswagen Polo.
In the upper mid-class category, the Volkswagen Passat was the most popular model, followed by the BMW 3-series and the Skoda Octavia.
