Fewer cars, more commercial vehicles registered in October

There were 3,499 new cars registered in Hungary in October, 4% less than one year earlier, number of new cars registered in Hungary rose 3% from a year earlier to 37,180 in January-October, auto-industry researcher DataHouse reported on Wednesday.

The number of new cars registered still rose 3% from a year earlier, to 37,180 in January-October.

The number of new vehicle registrations, including all road vehicles, rose 1.6% from a year earlier to 4,924 in October and the number rose 7.8% yr/yr to 50,894 in the first ten months.
