Audi Hungaria Spins off Shared Services

Audi Hungaria established a subsidiary to provide purchasing, finance, and IT services for the Volkswagen group on Friday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The charter for Audi Hungaria Ahead was signed by Audi Hungaria chairman Alfons Dintner and board member for finance, IT, purchasing, and compliance Patrick Heinecke.
Close to 340 people from Audi Hungaria will become employees of the new unit.
