20,000 families bought cars with gov't subsidy so far
So far, 20,000 families have purchased a car with the government subsidy for big families, Minister for Families Katalin Novák said in a video posted on Facebook on Monday.
Novák noted that families with three or more children are eligible for up to HUF 2.5 million in support for the purchase of vehicles that can seat at least seven people under a government initiative.
As shown in the video, the minister visited a family with four children that purchased a new car with the full amount of the government subsidy.
