Hungarian Chemium Biotechnológia winds up R&D project

Hungary's Chemium Biotechnológia has completed a HUF 220 mln project for the development of a device for the diagnosis of respiratory pathogens, the company informed MTI.

The company is expected to start seeking permits for the device in the fall of this year. Negotiations have already started on the sale of the technology and its possible domestic production.

The present project of Chemium Biotechnológia was partially car based on a HUF 150 mln grant. The company employing 9 people has generated revenue of almost HUF 100 mln.
