HUF 947 million expansion for industrial park

Völgységi Ipari Park in Bonyhád plans to spend HUF 947 million on the construction of two production halls, the company’s managing director Rajmund Futár informed national news service MTI today.

The investment will involve construction of a 4,000-square meter and a 2,000-square meter production hall. The operator won a HUF 474 million European Union grant for the project.

Eleven companies operate in the industrial park, together employing 500 workers. For 2012, the companies reported combined revenue of more than HUF 3 billion, with exports generating 61% of turnover.
