Duna House requests second extension for trading in shares

Competition

The CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) extended the deadline for submission of an application for the commencement of trading in Duna Houseʼs shares until December 31, Duna House said on the BSE website yesterday, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

Duna House requested the extension of the deadline and the BSE accepted the argument of the company, which the CEO of the BSE believed “deserved exceptional consideration.”

The company may apply for the commencement of trading in its shares before the deadline in a separate procedure, provided it complies with the additional requirements defined in the stock market regulations.

Duna House has been listed on the BSE since October 28, 2015, and has already asked for an extension to submit its application for the commencement of trading in its shares on January 12. At that time the company was granted an extension until June 30, 2016.
