Design Terminal launches V4 Startup Force with int始l partners

Design Terminal, in collaboration with Czech, Slovak and Polish partners, has launched "V4 Startup Force," a scholarship program for the V4 region to support collaboration between regional startups and corporations, reinforcing business relations between countries, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The program始s implementation is supported by the International Visegr谩d Fund, an organization founded by the governments of the Visegr谩d Group (V4) - Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Design Terminal始s international partners in the project are the 0100 Campus international co-working office from Slovakia, the Foundation for Technology Entrepreneurship from Poland, and the UP21 incubator from the Czech Republic.

Apart from聽supporting talent development and cooperation, the organizers are putting emphasis聽on facilitating entry onto the global market and enhancing the role of聽socially useful startups.

The four chosen startups take part in a 10-day, intensive mentoring program in Budapest, which features courses, mentoring sessions, and business meetings. The program will be followed by a 10-day Visegr谩d regional study tour, where startups will have an opportunity to expand their business contacts, get to know local relevant corporate partners, local representatives of the countries and important government figures at opening events and tailored business meetings in each of the countries.

Hungary is represented by Aeriu in the program, which makes logistics processes at large storage depots easier with drone software. The team始s corporate partners include IKEA, Nestl茅 and Audi, with the company already possessing its first paying clients.

The Czech Republic is represented by Aibrace, which makes bracelets that can save lives in emergency situations related to the heart, nervous system and problems with the pulmonary system.

Freya represents Slovakia, offering a personalized application for couples intending to have children, making suggestions based on analyses of health, lifestyle, and individual priorities.

Supplying the latest AR technology, Runvido from Poland aims at easing enterprises始 communications with their customers via a platform that offers a solution to the problem of limited information transfer, offering more effective presentations.
