Danubius Hotels may not pay dividend
The board of Danubius Hotels will propose paying no dividend on last yearʼs earnings at a shareholders meeting scheduled for April 23, Hungarian news agency MTI reported, according to the AGM agenda.
"The board finds it best to continue retaining its cash within the company and using it for the improvement of the quality of its network," according to the agenda published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange late yesterday.
Danubius Hotels had net profit of HUF 3.73 bln last year, according to Hungarian Accounting Standards, MTI noted.
