China-based IT company to open HQ in Budapest

Chinese IT company Pactera is opening its Central European headquarters in Budapest, following the announcement of its €11 mln investment in the country, part of an expansion that is to create 100 jobs in the first phase. Pactera is opening the 600 square-meter HQ as a first step in its local expansion.

Pactera is planning to launch technological improvements in its services that are operated by Hungarian IT experts, who will provide worldwide support for the company’s clients.

The Chinese-based company is employing approximately 22,000 workers around the world and has been offering IT counselling for almost 20 years.

Pactera is opening its offices in Dorottya Udvar, an recently built office complex in Buda, which recently received a certificate for its environmental aspects.
