CEZ to pay dividend of CZK 40 per share
Czech energy group CEZ will pay CZK 40 ($2) dividend per share before tax from 2012’s profit, CZK 5 per unit less than last year, and the state as a majority owner will receive around CZK 15 billion ($767.7 million), an annual drop of CZK 2 billion, a general meeting of CEZ decided Wednesday. CEZ’s net profit decreased by 1.5% to CZK 40.2 billion in 2012.
