Fekete will be responsible for managing Budapest’s bid for hosting the 2024 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. In his new role, Fekete will coordinate the various bid submissions required by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) between now and 2017, including the international campaign leading up to the General Assembly of the IOC in September 2017, during which the host city for the 2024 Games will be decided.
Previously, Fekete led the corporate finance advisory practice of PwC Hungary, and during his 24-year career he has gained international experience working in ten European countries.
