Audi inaugurates HUF 10 billion logistics park

Germany-based automobile manufacturer Audi inaugurated a HUF 10 billion (€34 million) logistics park at its base in Győr yesterday. Axel Schifferer, managing director for financial affairs at Audi Hungária Motor, said the logistics park could manage freight from 150 lorries a day, and the investment is promised to create 300 jobs. 

The base is supplied by Audi business partners in 30 countries around the world.

A-K Épitőipari built the 75,000 warehouse at the base in just under five months, according to company owner/managing director Károly Tallosi.
