According to Index, GVH said that the two parties agreed on the purchase on February 26. The agreement states that Alföldi Tej will acquire the plant, the facilities and also the employees working there. Alföldi Tej will keep producing some of the products FrieslandCampina produces in the plant. According to Index, brands and trademarks were not discussed in the agreement.
