Vegyépszer signs €6.78 mln waste management contract

Construction company Vegyépszer Zrt on Monday signed a €6.781 million contract with the ZalaIspa Waste Management Association for investments to form part of a waste management system for Zala, Vas and Somogy counties in southwest Hungary.
The entire waste management system is expected to cost close to Ft 9 billion (€33 million), of which EU ISPA funding will cover 70%. The system will serve 100,000 people living in 282 communities in the region.
