Qatar Airways launches direct Budapest-Doha flight

The first direct daily Budapest-Doha flight of Qatar Airways had landed at Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport on Wednesday.

Qatar Airways has been operating four Budapest-Doha flights per week since January, with a stopover in Bucharest, Romania. The number of flights will from now on be boosted to one a day, flight time will be cut by two hours as the flight becomes a direct one, and the capacity of the flight will increase as well.

It was earlier reported that the load factor on the Budapest flight is very high and is expected to grow further.
