Plaza Centers acquires Serbian retail project
Real estate developer Plaza Centers NV said it acquired a €105 million retail development project in Belgrade, its third in the Serbia.
Chief executive Ran Shtarkman said due to economic growth in Serbia, the company sees strong demand for large-scale, mixed use developments from commercial occupiers and visitors. (dah.kiev.ua)
