The number of landline connections fell to 2.099m in October from 2.113m in September, the National Media Telecommunications Authority (NMHH) said on Wednesday.
The number of voice over cable television connections rose 8,000 to 677,000 in October, while the number of voice over internet protocol connections rose 6,000 to 124,000.
The number of landlines per hundred people was 29.1% in October, unchanged from the previous month.
