Number of landlines edges down to 2,097,000 in November

The number of landline connections edged down to 2,097,000 in November from 2,099,000 in October, a fresh report by Hungary’s National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) shows.
The number of voice over cable television connections rose 8,000 to 685,000 in November, while the number of voice over internet protocol connections rose 5,000 to 129,000.
The number of landlines per hundred people was 29.22 in November.
