Moldova's tourist numbers triple y.o.y. in Jan-Sep

The number of tourists staying in Moldova tripled in the first nine months of 2021, reaching 126,075, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.

As much as 28.8% of 44,468 foreign tourists who visited the country during the first nine months arrived from Romania,12.4% came from Russia, 11.5% came from Ukraine, while U.S. tourists accounted for 7.2%
