Judicial chamber expects evictions rise
The Hungarian Judicial Executive Chamber told MTI on Thursday evening that it expects the number of evictions taking place in Hungary this year to grow 50% but stay below 300.
A winter moratorium on evictions from properties ended on March 1.
The number of evictions was below 200 in 2011, the chamber said. It projects the number to grow to between 250-300.
