JTB revenue over HUF 2 bln in 2015

The Hungarian office of the Japanese Travel Bureau (JTB) had more than HUF 2 billion in revenue last year, up 4% compared to 2014, the company said today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
Revenue grew on an increase in the number of leisure trips made by tourists, but business and "incentive" travels still account for around half of all trips booked at the office.
The office organized trips for more than 12,000 travelers in 2015.
The most popular travel time last year was the spring cherry blossom season in Japan and interest is strong this year as well.
