Foreign guest nights up 0.5% yr/yr in October

Foreign tourists staying in Hungarian hotels and guesthouses spent 0.5% more guest nights in October than a year earlier, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) said on Monday. In January-October foreign guest nights rose 1.6% year-on-year. Domestic guest nights were up 9.8% in October year-on-year. Total guest nights in January-October rose 2.1% year-on-year.
