Digital TV Polsat seeks up to PLN 1 bln in IPO

Digital TV operator Polsat Cyfrowy set a share issue price range of 10.8 to 13.8 zlotys, valuing its initial public offering at $364-473 million, the company's issue prospectus said.
The final issue price will be set on April 25 and the company wants to debut on the Warsaw bourse in May 2008.
The company controlled by Polish media tycoon Zygmunt Solorz-Zak is Poland's largest satellite TV operator in terms of number of subscribers. (Reuters)
