Brokerage scandals could jeopardize 3,700 jobs

Approximately 3,700 employees could be affected by the recent brokerage scandals, as they may face losing their jobs, Hungarian online daily origo.hu reported based on data of the last three years provided by Hungarian database company Opten.
Origo noted that a total of 229 firms are in question – units which have been operating as stable workplaces. The majority of these firms have been operating for more than a decade and received funds from both EU tenders and public procurements.
