Aviation Solution sues ÁPV over Malév

Hungarian-owned Aviation Solution Investment Consortium (ASBK) Kft has sued the State Privatization and Holding (ÁPV) Rt for the violation of the privatization process of Hungarian Airlines Malév Rt, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported. ASBK hoped to get into the final round of Malév's privatization this year, but was dropped as a bidder after July. Instead, ÁPV started talks with Airbridge Rt. ASBK was established by previous management members of Malév. In the end, ÁPV did not choose a winner of the tender, but ASBK still feels they missed the chance of winning.
