Wing starts new community residential park
Developer Wing Zrt. has announced the construction of Park West, a new community residential park in District 13 near Lehel t茅r, under the company始s Living umbrella brand for residential properties, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The project is located at Szabolcs utca 15-25, near the WestEnd City Center and Budapest Zoo.
Wing says that in addition to smart living solutions, the property聽will also provide unique community amenities. Constructed in three phases, the聽residential park will offer a total of 700 apartments. The sale of Park West apartments has already been launched, with delivery of the first phase expected at the beginning of 2021.
According to the company,聽Park West is ideal for young people with an active and聽environmentally conscious lifestyle, for whom a prime location and the community and smart聽services provided by the residential park are a top priority. The area is also well covered by public transport, with bus, metro, tram, train, and trolleybus connections nearby.
Most apartments are in the range of 40-50 square meters, with the company始s focus on聽effective floor planning, direct sunlight analysis and eco-friendly solutions when designing the park.聽Apartments on the top floors have a panoramic view of Buda. Every apartment聽features a聽terrace, a parking space in an underground parking garage, as well as upper-floor聽storage space.

Like other Wing developments, Kass谩k Residence and Metropolitan Garden, the residential park聽offers a range of people-oriented community and smart living solutions for聽making daily life more comfortable for residents, as well as聽amenities such as a community living room and lounge, library, cleaning service, toolshed, and 24/7 delivery acceptance, says the company.
Furthermore, Park West has been designed with a community聽home office, promoting an optimal work-life balance, and turning the community living room of聽Park West into not just a place for relaxation but a co-working space with business corner聽services.
The smart solutions of the development include remote heating control, smart electric outlets, remote alarm system control, and remote shutter and light control. The heating of Park West聽is supplied by a heat pump, saving a significant amount of the building鈥檚聽energy consumption by utilizing energy from the environment, notes the Wing press release.
