White Star to manage Logicor portfolio

White Star Real Estate was designated to provide full property management services for the portfolio of Logicor logistics projects in CEE, including the company’s Hungarian portfolio in its entirety, according to a press release issued today.

Logicor’s portfolio in the country consists of six industrial parks: Shark Park, Camel Park, Pharma Park with 100% pharmaceutical logistics, West Gate, Tulipán Park and DH Logistics in Dunaharaszti. The total area managed for Logicor currently exceeds 130,000 sqm in Hungary, making White Star Real Estate one of the leading industrial park managers in the country, according to the press release.
White Star Real Estate will carry out the management of 30 of Logicor´s logistics parks across the Polish, Romanian, Czech and Slovak markets. Key tenants include Amazon, IKEA, Coca-Cola, T-Mobile and UPS.
