UK’s ENER-G buys Kipszer Klíma

Kipszer Controll Kft is a heating technology company that sells regular and special heating equipment to a large circle of clients in central and northern Europe and is also a recognized vendor to the Hungarian Parliament, the National Theater, the Palace of Arts, Egis, GSK, Richter Gedeon, Zoltech and GE Hungary.
ENER-G reported an annual net revenue total of more than £70 million ($131 million, Ft 21.1 billion) and employs more than 650 people worldwide. ENER-G’s first investment in Hungary was ENER-G Energy Technology Zrt. (press release)
