Three SMEs presented 'Exporter of the Year' prize

The Hungarian National Trading House (MNKH) presented its "Exporter of the Year" award to three SMEs yesterday. The prize went to pump company Elpumps in the technical excellence category and sweets maker Stuhmer in the quality food category.
Wool seller Hungarowool took the prize for fastest developing company. The MNKH, set up by the Hungarian state, partners with local trading houses in more than 20 countries to find new opportunities for Hungarian companies on foreign markets. The company was established as part of the government's policy of opening up to markets in the East.
