Taxi demonstration set for June 16

A demonstration organized by the Hungarian taxi drivers’ association (OTSZ) will take place on June 16 in the event that the Hungarian Parliament does not accept the new taxi transportation bill, napi.hu reported yesterday.
The bill was drafted in November of last year and has been approved by both the relevant government bodies. Local taxi organizations, however, are still awaiting Parliament’s approval of the bill.
