Szalók Holding to build Ft 8 bln spa resort

Investment company Szalók Holding Zrt will spend Ft 8 billion building a spa and a five-star hotel in northeast Hungary, national daily Magyar Hírlap reported.
Szalók Holding will build a medical spa worth Ft 3.6 billion next to existing pools in Egerszalók using local thermal water and spend Ft 4.4 billion forint constructing a hotel expected to open in the second half of next year, Hírlap said. The company will finance the construction through loans, its own funds and state subsidies, the newspaper reported.
