Synergon postpones AGM lacking quorum

An annual general meeting of IT company Synergon Rt was cancelled on Monday because it lacked quorum, the company said on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT).

The company will convene its AGM at 10:00 on Tuesday with the same agenda. The agenda includes proposals to approve the 2005 report, amend the articles of incorporation, elect members to the boards and appoint an audit committee. The board has proposed paying no dividend on 2005's profits.
