The basic coverage also includes lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and outpatient care, as well as access to the Generali Medical Helpline, where you can get medical advice on the phone every day of the week if you need firsthand information in connection with an urgent medical question. The plan also offers e-psychology counselling, to help find viable solutions to the problems of adults, children or teenagers whether it’s about a career choice or a private life crisis, a workplace issue or stress management difficulties.
