MOM Park welcomes new tenant
Max&Co., a member of Italian fashion group MaxMara, opened its first store in Budapest, in the MOM Park shopping center (pictured), according to a press release issued by real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield – the exclusive leasing agent of MOM Park.
“We are happy that the current tenant mix of the center is above average and perfectly serves the target customers,” Viktória Szabó, head of retail at Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest, said in connection with the latest lease.
“The new management is working on strengthening MOM Park’s premium position further by the establishment of an exclusive tenant mix and by the modernization of the center to make it more efficient,” Anna Fülöp, leasing director at MOM Park commented.
