Construction company Maszer Rt has won a tender to build a maintenance and traffic control station along a new 17.3-kilometer stretch of the M7 motorway with a bid of Ft 1.088 billion, according to an announcement in the Public Procurement Gazette.

Maszer beat bids by Vegyépszer, Swietelsky and Hídépítő.
The National Motorway Rt (NA) called an accelerated procurement procedure for the project because of a tight end-2006 deadline to complete the stretch, of which a 8.7 kilometer section is already open to traffic.
