M1 Business Park construction underway

The third phase of construction of the M1 Business Park has begun, daily Népszava reported. A 70,000 sqm storage yard will be added to the logistics center, which is 82% occupied now. The industrial park lies along motorway M1, 21 kilometers from the center of Budapest. The building will be set up by Q1, 2006. Besides the extension of the facility, a service road will be built and new parking spaces will be established.
