Media company Inform Média Kft has signed a lease agreement for 612 sqm of office space in Madarász Office Building on Váci út.

The company, known for its online and printed media (local dailies like Hajdú-Bihar Napló, Kelet-Magyarország and free weekly newspapers e.g. Szupernfo, or the Budapesti Piac), is present in several countries in the region. Eston International assisted Inform Média to find its new location.

The company is based in Debrecen, which had to be taken into consideration by Eston consultants when finding a solution both location- and quality-wise. From the several options on Váci út location it was Madarász Office Park, which proved to be best not only for its advantageous price/value ratio but also for its flexible leasing conditions, Eston said in a press release today. “Furthermore, it was a decisive factor that the landlord undertook to complete the fitout works within a short time, according to tenant requirements,” the press release read

Eston experts say that the Váci út office market lost nothing from its popularity. It is unquestionable that anybody can find a suitable offer according to their cost conceptions and availability of services from the wide and quality supply along Váci út, the most easily accessible main road of the capital. The popularity of the region is also reflected by office market data, since the largest office stock (including speculative and owner occupied offices as well) is combined with the lowest vacancy rate here.
