Immoeast CEO Karl Petrikovics said the €100 million purchase has high prospects, since the building is situated in an excellent location, and already the provisional occupancy of over 50% carries high promises. Átrium Park, located on Váci út is currently under construction, to eventually hold 73,000 square meters of space, spread on a 1.2-hectare area.
