Graphisoft spins off property unit, sees IPO on Budapest bourse

Shareholders at Graphisoft SE, a Hungarian software maker, agreed to spin off the company's property unit and sell those shares to investors on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Graphisoft Park SE was incorporated at today's general meeting, Graphisoft said in a statement on the stock exchange Web site. Shareholders who don't want ownership in either Graphisoft company can sell shares in the software-making unit for € 2.34 each and for € 2.14 in the property company, Graphisoft said. Graphisoft Park's public share sale may take place in mid-August once the new company is registered, news wire Interfax reported. (Bg)
