The board of Graphisoft Park, a company that owns and operates a business park in Budapest, will propose a dividend of HUF 40 per share at the company’s April 23 annual general meeting, Graphisoft reported on Monday. The company paid a dividend of HUF 35 per share last year. Graphisoft park said that after paying the proposed dividend, the company would place the remaining €24,000 in 2012 after-tax profit, calculated at the December 31, 2012 forint-euro exchange rate, in profit reserves.
